Motional Literacy is the program Ariel Rivka Dance (ARD) facilitates to enhance felt empowerment and embrace self-care for individuals and small groups. ARD’s innovative and experiential program introduces simple movement experiences and vocabulary that participants can apply to personal and creative development. Curated for each community, we offer invitations to work through stressors, physical & emotional pain, and collaboration & inclusion efforts, offering tools to improve creativity, show up completely and achieve an embodied vulnerability.
