COMPANY AUDITIONS
Ariel Rivka Dance is seeking two company dancers for contracts starting immediately following the audition. ARD is a female/non-binary contemporary dance company, and these positions are open to female and non-binary identifying artists. We are looking for mature, commanding performers who are versatile, creative, community-oriented, and interested in a long-term relationship with the company. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ dance artists are encouraged to apply. All artists applying must be citizens of the US or have a valid working visa and be able to travel internationally.
Who We Are Looking For:
Artists should be dynamic movers, open-minded, collaborative, community-oriented, and ready to show up entirely to the work and creative process. Due to the topics that the choreography covers, artists should respect and be ready to explore themes like societal expectations, mental health, parenthood, world issues, personal narratives, and more. Artists should connect with ARD’s mission and core values and desire to help study and shape them as we evolve together as a group. Interest and experience in teaching is a plus as we are vastly growing our education work.
Company dancers may be included in performances, workshops, residencies, national and international tours, cultivation events, and opportunities to engage more deeply with the company community. For 2026-27, ARD expects to tour internationally and perform domestically in NY and NJ, including a gala on November 12th, 2026 and our Spring Season for 2027. Ariel Rivka Dance works with its artists to manage their outside responsibilities such as work, other company commitments, family obligations, and more.

October 23rd performance in Jersey City (outdoor public performance series)
November 12th, Annual Gala in NYC
