Movement experientials are based in our experiences in Body-Mind Centering, Vinyasa Yoga, Controlled Articular Rotations, Laban Movement Analysis, Physical Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Authentic Movement, Pilates, Positive Psychology, and collective decades of professional dance training, choreography, and performance.

  • Grounding - bringing awareness to the parts of the body touching a surface

  • Stationary meditation / moving meditation

  • Short Yoga Flow
